ClimaRad has recently launched its own academy! There are various training courses where service technicians, installers, and project managers from Dutch installation companies can gain extensive knowledge regarding the use of the ClimaRad service tool (app) and accompanying dongle.

The service tool allows control software to be read, modified, and optimized. In the future, this enables users to diagnose and resolve faults in ClimaRad climate control units themselves using repair manuals, while also enabling them to work efficiently and expertly with ClimaRad products. The training courses are entirely free of charge and exclusively intended for professionals in the installation industry.

We also offer the option to purchase service kits, which make repairs to our units even easier. These contain all service parts for the relevant ClimaRad units.
