This training focuses on the use of the ‘ClimaRad servicetool’ app and the connectable RF USB dongle. How can you perform the correct repair by finding the fault code and restore the ClimaRad device to optimal functioning? Using multiple demo units, participants can immediately put all the theory into practice.
Ultimately, with the help of this application and the RF USB dongle, the participant will be able to:
- Adjust the operation of a ClimaRad product by changing settings;
- Analyze faults by reading data such as sensor data and fault codes;
- Replace service parts.

Academy
ClimaRad has recently launched its own academy! There are various training courses where service technicians, installers, and project managers from Dutch installation companies can gain extensive knowledge regarding the use of the ClimaRad service tool (app) and accompanying dongle.
The service tool allows control software to be read, modified, and optimized. In the future, this enables users to diagnose and resolve faults in ClimaRad climate control units themselves using repair manuals, while also enabling them to work efficiently and expertly with ClimaRad products. The training courses are entirely free of charge and exclusively intended for professionals in the installation industry.
We also offer the option to purchase service kits, which make repairs to our units even easier. These contain all service parts for the relevant ClimaRad units.
